The hemp plant naturally contains more than 100 types of cannabinoids that can positively interact with your body’s natural biology to support a number of functions.

Cannabinoids are a compound found naturally in both the human body and in hemp plants. When cannabinoids are found naturally in the human body, they are also called endocannabinoids

Benefits of maintaining proper cannabinoids levels include: mood stability, healthy sleep cycles, and muscle and joint recovery from injury or overuse.

Some cannabinoids found in hemp are more prevalent than others.  For example, CBD is the cannabinoid spotlighted most when it comes to hemp, however it's only one out of more than 100 cannabinoid in whole-plant hemp extract. Other prominent cannabinoids include CBG, CBN, and CBC.  Each has their own specific strengths and work best when taken together to create what’s known as the “Entourage Effect”.

THC is another well-known member of the cannabinoid family.  However, in both hemp plants and hemp products, THC is only comprises very small levels (no more than 0.3% to be specific).
